Terms and Conditions of Use for Onely

1. Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree that you will not disclose your password to any third party and that you will take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You further agree not to:

• Violate or infringe upon the rights of others, including privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or any other proprietary rights.
• Post or share any content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise violates any law or right of any third party.
• Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or harm the Platform or its functionality.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, computer system, or network connected to the Platform.
• Use any automated means, including robots, crawlers, or data mining tools, to access the Platform.

3. Payment and Refunds

Upon selecting influencers and making the payment, the transaction is final, and no refund will be offered unless the influencer denies collaboration or fails to fulfill the collaboration requirements. If an influencer rejects the collaboration, we will refund the artist after deducting 3% payment gateway and other legal charges.

4. Content Creation and Quality

We do not guarantee the quality of content created by influencers. There is no quality check, and artists cannot claim a refund based on their satisfaction with the delivered content.

5. Modification and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Platform or your access to it at any time without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or the entire Platform without notice or liability.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By using the Onely platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Platform. We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.

7. Rights to Change

Onely Technologies OPC Private Limited has the right to change its terms and conditions at any time.
