Upon selecting influencers and making the payment, the transaction is final, and no refund will be offered unless the influencer denies collaboration or fails to fulfill the collaboration requirements. If an influencer rejects the collaboration, we will refund the artist after deducting 3% payment gateway and other legal charges.
